Wedge - triangular cushion
Positioning of both upper and lower body parts contributes to targeted offloading. It ensures the patient is supported in the desired position, unloads pressure on the ankles, and enables placement along the spine. Used with cushion 7 or 3 between the knees, allowing a 30% semi-lateral position.
