The national symbol for dementia, Out Reach
The symbol is developed for people with dementia who want to show that they they might need a helping hand.
The symbol is available on different objects collected in a kit. It can be worn very visibly with some objects and more discreetly with others. Available as a pin, keyhanger, sticker, keychain.
