Vehicle occupant restraining systems

Devices for restraining a person in a vehicle to enhance safety during travel. Included are, e.g. three- and four-point seat belts and belt vests added to a vehicles seat, seat belts that attach to a vehicle to restrain a passenger who is seated in a wheelchair within the vehicle.
