Immedia AutoTurn makes it easier to get in and out of a car. Its low friction allows the user to slide and turn to the desired position in the car seat. This minimizes strain and twisting of the feet, knees, hips and back. AutoTurn is fixed around the car seat with a belt and buckle. Handles at the sides can be used to assist the user into place.
