R82 Belt harness and Y-hip belt - Combination harness
The belt harness and Y-hip belt is a combination harness. It is used when the function of the belt harness which prevents the user from sliding forward in the seat, must be combined with the positioning of the pelvis, which the Y hip belt helps with.
