Medical protective helmet reduces falls and head impacts. Outer shell made of merino wool; encapsulated shock‑absorbing pads conform to head shape. COOLMAX technology provides breathability and moisture transport. Helmet includes detachable chin strap and is available in seven colors, sizes S, M, L, XL.
