Lightweight and soft rain cape with sleeves, suitable for powered wheelchairs with high back support and head support. Generous fit covers your body and the back of the chair. Features adjustable hood, elastic around the edge, zip with storm flap, and reflective elements in front, back, and sleeves for added safety.
