Resume: En amerikansk undersøgelse blandt 22 personer med rygmarvsskade (SCI). Det blev undersøgt, om type af siddepude og ryglænshøjde i kørestolen har en ensartet indvirkning på funktion i overekstremiteterne (OE). Undersøgelsen konkluderer, at den kropsholdning, forsøgspersonerne indtager - især bækkenhældningen - har større indflydelse på funktionen i OE end type af siddepude og ryglænshøjde.
